WHAT IS MUMU MANDARIN?

Mumu Mandarin is a concept based in USA that gives its clients access to rent South Asia’s premium designer dresses for a fraction of the retail cost.

With the average wedding formal ranging upwards of $700 and a minimum of six weeks production time, you really need to plan in advance. We give our clients the convenience to wear original pieces from premium designers, on demand, without having to pay the full retail price tag.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

Browse our inventory online. Select a dress you would like to rent and use the “AstraFit” button to determine your size. Select a rental period 1-2 days before your event and check out. Standard shipping and dry cleaning is on us. We will notify you when your dress will be delivered. Enjoy the dress for four days and return it in the same box we send you with the prepaid label enclosed. Drop the package off at UPS before noon on the due date.


HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

The rental period is 4 days.


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS?

Members receive 20% of All dress rentals, access to limited edition gowns and receive special gifts for their loyalty. Non members are only eligible for free shipping and dry cleaning. Members can cancel anytime (after 3 months) just email support@mumumandarin.com .


HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Sign up for membership on our website. It requires a monthly subscription of $30, which can be used toward renting. Members can deactivate their membership after three months.


WHAT IF THE DRESS DOESN’T FIT?

We use a sizing algorithm to make sure we get you the right fit. Upon selection of a dress, click the “AstraFit” button to determine what size is appropriate for you. If the dress does not fit, email customer service and return the dress within 24 hours.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I STAIN MY DRESS?

Please do not attempt to remove any stains with any solvents. We will take care of it.


HOW ARE THE DRESSES CLEANED?

Dresses are professionally dry cleaned with environmentally friendly green cleaners.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN A DRESS DAMAGED?

Minor stain or a few beads falling out is not a problem. However, if a dress is damaged beyond repair where it cannot be reused, you will be charged 100% of the full retail value, plus a 20% restocking fee.


WHAT IF I RETURN A DRESS LATE?

Dresses returned late will be subject to a daily late charge of $25 until the dress is returned. If the delay in returning a dress impacts another order, the client will be subject to an additional $100 surcharge


WHAT IF I LOSE THE PACKAGING?

Clients will be required to return the package at their own cost if packaging is lost. We also require that clients return the dress with the respective hanger and garment bag.


WHAT IF I NEED A DRESS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME?

ARE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Currently all our items are only available for rent. However, some items may become available for purchase at a later stage.


DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

We may accommodate custom orders for dresses from the Nasser & Dell’omo collection on a case-by case-basis. Please email support@mumumandarin.com for such queries
